The Goal: Raise $100,000 by December 31st
The Impact: Provide Scholarships for 12 farm interns for 2027.

"When I was a child, I struggled with poverty, certain forms of abuse, and then substance abuse when I was a teenager. Luckily, all of that’s behind me, and I look forward to a bright future in criminal psychology. This program has really helped me. It has given me confidence, leadership, and unity. …And it really feels like I’ve helped my community."
-Jade, 2025 Grow Ogden Graduate
Grow Ogden interns work in small teams on a farm directed by a farm manager and coached by an intern advocate. Through experience on our farm, our interns acquire skills in teamwork, time management, problem solving while developing greater empathy, generosity, self worth, and responsibility.
At Grow Ogden fundamental job skills are learned. Today's Grow Ogden graduate may be your next employee.

"Grow Ogden gave me the confidence and support I needed to keep looking for my next opportunity. The farm trainees and the staff became the much needed encouragement I needed to keep looking. I'm now optimistic that I can work my way up at my next job. This community became my home and without the love and attention I received from everyone involved, I would not have been the strong rooted person I am today."

“I was suffering through a drug addiction…Just going in there and putting my hands in the dirt is powerful. These people care about me, they love me, and they want me to succeed. I’m tired of being isolated at home…That wasn’t fulfilling. I want to give back to the community.”
— Greg, 2025 Grow Ogden Graduate
Today, Greg works at Readerlink, a book distributor, and has secured his own apartment.
